Mum's ally

The challenge

SMA's sales have been slumping for several years due to it's reputation and it's competitors producing strong brand territories. Their site was very technical, impersonal and out of date. Along with a branding agency, SMA has readdressed their proposition and wanted to launch a new site that reflected this.  

The solution

The site's solution was a total rebuild, focusing on SMA's new proposition of being Mums ally. In order to fit in with a mum's life, the site needed to be accessible on mobile and desktop devices. The initial launch was as a light site, that will expand with features and content in the near future.

The Result

This is an ongoing project but the initial feedback has been very positive, with return visits and product views up.
