The challenge

VW wanted to launch a car with a campaign to find a member of the public to review the cars.  

The solution

We created a staggered competition that pitted nine chosen contestants against each other. This took the form of a micro site and a banner campaign. The site had four phases;
Phase 1: Recruitment of contestants, which involved people submitting scripts or videos.
Phase 2: The heats which involved voting.
Phase 3: Announcement of three finalists.
Phase 4: The final and voting.
